Where We Are Located We are located in Oldtown, Maryland. Which is just south of Cumberland, on Route 51. We are approximately 2 1/2 hours west of Washington DC and Baltimore, and 2 hours south of Pittsburgh. We do not currently ship our rabbits. However, we do travel to most shows that are within a 2-3 hour driving distance of us and we are willing arrange delivery to shows.

About Our Rabbitry Here at Covered Bridge Rabbitry we take great pride in our bunnies, not only are they all pedigreed but most of them are also registered. We have been raising and showing pedigreed rabbits for over 15 years now. We currently raise 8 different breeds and care for around 250 rabbits. Our rabbits first and foremost are bred to The American Rabbit Breeders Association breed standards, with the main objective being to produce quality rabbits and bunnies that are good representitives of their breed and variety, not to produce a large quantity of animals. Equally as important to us, is that we selectively keep and breed only animals with good temperments. After all no one wants an aggressive bunny, no matter how good it looks. We also tend to like and to breed for the rare/harder to find colors in most breeds.

About Us My name is Kelley Marsh and along with my mother Debbie, we own and operate the rabbitry. We each have our own breeds that we raise and show. I raise Am. Fuzzy Lops, Holland Lops, Jersey Woolies, English Angoras, Netherland Dwarfs, and Flemish Giants, and my mom (Debbie) raises Rex and Mini Rex. We are both involved in 4-H. In fact I started the 4-H rabbit club in Allegany county in 1993 and have been the leader ever since. I was elected to the Allegany County Fair Board in June of 2001 and I was awarded 4-H leader of the year for 2002 in March 2003. Debbie is enrolled as a 4-H volunteer and is always there to lend a hand with the rabbit club. We are both big animal lovers and we have many different kinds of animals on the farm. Along with all the rabbits, we also have ducks, geese, peacocks, guineas, emus, miniature horses, Nubian goats, and an Appaloosa horse. I also raise AKC/UKC registered German Shepherds and Basset Hounds, as well as a large variety of purebred chickens, and my mom raises Chinchillas (the rodent, not the rabbit) and Manx cats (no tails). So when your done visiting the rabbitry pages, stop by Covered Bridge Farm to visit the other animals.
